Do you offer ring sizing?

We do!  Most of our rings can be sized up or down two sizes for an additional amount, please DM us if you are interested so we can provide you an estimate.  That said, not all ring can be resized, and some have limitations-please see the notes on individual listings and inquire about sizing before purchasing.

Once the ring is resized unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a refund

When will my order be ready?

Your order will ship out within 3 days via USPS standard shipping. Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number

What is the shipping policy?

We provide free standard shipping via USPS within the United States 
If you require expedited shipping, please reach out to us and we can work something out
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

As a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please take extra care in reviewing the photos and measurements provided for each item before making your purchase.

If you have any questions or concerns about a piece, including sizing or material details, we encourage you to reach out to us before completing your purchase. We are happy to assist you to ensure you're making the best choice for your needs.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to our no-return policy. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your order, so don't hesitate to get in touch with any inquiries before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged items

We do our best to ensure all our pieces are intact when shipped and that the packaging is sturdy enough to survive the shipping process.  If your piece arrives damaged, please notify us upon receipt of the item.

We will assess the damaged item to determine if it qualifies for a return or exchange.  We may request photographs or a physical description of the issue with said item. 

If it appears that the item was damaged in shipping, we request that you send the piece back to us (at your cost) and we can lodge a complaint with the shipping company that provided the delivery.
