Some vintage styles from the past just aren't the current fad. Take for example, stickpins. I have found so many amazing, unique stickpins, but unfortunately they aren't likely to be worn in their current state. ln an effort to modernize them and make them relevant, I’ve taken these vintage/antique items and repurposed them into wearable jewelry.
This sweet little Art Nouveau earring was a stickpin in its former life. I didn't want it to be melted just because it's not the current trend, so I converted it into a stud earring.
Crafted from 10kt yellow gold it features a gorgeous oval amethyst surrounded by swirls in the Art Nouveau style coated with enamel in various shades of green and pink. A tiny white seed pearl finishes this piece off. The earring post is 14kt gold and will come with a 14kt gold butterfly backing.
